This Notice forms part of and should be read with the Universal Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, the Official Rules of a particular Promotion control that Promotion, then this Notice, then the Universal Policy.

3) Data We Collect for Promotions

• Entry data: name/username, contact email, country/region, age confirmation/eligibility, UGC submission (text/image/video/audio) where applicable.
• Winners & fulfillment: full name, shipping address, phone (if needed), and tax forms required by law (e.g., where applicable).
• Campaign analytics: entry timestamps, referral codes, basic region, and engagement metrics for fraud‑prevention and reporting.

4) How We Use & Disclose Data

• Administer Promotions: validate entries, select winners, deliver prizes, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce Official Rules.
• Communications: contact entrants/winners, send updates or legal notices, and request consents where required.
• Reporting & compliance: maintain records for audits, taxes, and legal obligations.
• Partners: share winners’ data with prize partners solely to fulfill prizes; partners must protect data and may not use it for other purposes.
• Publicity (subject to law and rules): announce winners and showcase entries/highlights as described in Official Rules and the UGC license below.

Eligibility varies by Promotion. Some Promotions require 18+ or have regional restrictions. Promotions are void where prohibited. See Official Rules for details and any additional requirements (e.g., residency, platform account).

6) Entries, Selection & Notifications

• Entry limits: as defined in Official Rules (e.g., one per person; no bots or automated methods).
• Judging or random draw: method depends on Promotion type and is defined in Official Rules.
• Odds of winning: depend on number of eligible entries (for random draws).
• Notifications: winners are contacted via the method specified in Official Rules and must respond within the stated timeframe.
• Disqualification: incomplete, ineligible, fraudulent, or late entries may be disqualified.

7) Winners, Fulfillment & Publicity

• Winner verification: we may require ID or eligibility verification consistent with Official Rules and local law.
• Publicity release: where permitted by law and with any required consent, we may announce winners (name/handle, region) and feature winning entries in highlights or promotional materials.
• Alternate winners: if a winner cannot be contacted or is ineligible, an alternate may be selected per Official Rules.

• Taxes: winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. We may collect tax forms where required by law.
• Shipping: we or our prize partners use winners’ details exclusively to deliver prizes.
• Restrictions: shipping or prize types may vary by region; substitutes of equal or greater value may be offered if a prize is unavailable.
