Community Rules

DareTribe Community Rules cover safety, consent and content guidelines so everyone can play boldly — and kindly.
Follow these rules online and IRL to keep the vibe fun and respectful.

Golden Rules

  • Consent first. Anyone may Skip/Edit a dare anytime. No pressure, no shaming.
  • Safety > dares. No harmful or illegal actions. Use common sense.
  • Be kind. No harassment, hate or bullying — we’re here to laugh, not to hurt.
  • Keep it classy. Public clips ≈ PG‑13. Adult themes — only in private play.
  • Respect privacy. Post people only with consent. Blur sensitive data; never dox.
  • Follow local law. Void where prohibited. Respect platform rules and our guidelines.

Tip: use Skip/Edit whenever you feel uncomfortable.

What’s OK vs Not OK

✅ OK

  • Funny, creative, fandom‑inspired scenes and dares.
  • Light romance; consent‑based flirting; wholesome couple moments.
  • DIY props and safe, non‑humiliating pranks.
  • PG‑13 language; bleeped/covered strong words.
  • Short parody/transformative snippets with commentary.

⛔️ Not OK

  • Dangerous acts (self‑harm, drugs/alcohol challenges, traffic stunts, fire).
  • Hate, bullying, body‑shaming, harassment, doxing.
  • Explicit sexual content in public feeds; minors in adult contexts.
  • Illegal activity; weapons; vandalism; medical claims.
  • Uploading others’ content without permission.

Safety & Consent

Set Boundaries

Agree on lines you won’t cross (topics, locations, people on camera). Use Skip/Edit.

IRL & Online

Don’t block streets, disturb businesses, or film where recording is prohibited. Follow venue rules and local laws.

Health & Wellbeing

Avoid triggers; no pseudo‑medical “therapies”. If someone looks uncomfortable — pause or stop.

Respect & Inclusion

Do

Use inclusive language; ask for pronouns when relevant; credit creators when you remix ideas.

Don’t

Mock identities or beliefs. No slurs, stereotypes, or targeted harassment — ever.

Content Safety

Blur faces/plates/private data. Remove background brand marks if required by venue policies.

Content Guidelines

Public Feeds

Keep it fun & safe for a broad audience. Short fandom riffs are OK with transformative context.

Contests

Follow each brief (hashtags, 15–60s, vertical). One prize per person even with multiple entries.

Credits & Music

Use platform‑cleared audio. If you use someone’s idea — tag or mention the inspiration.

Moderation & Reporting

How to Report

Send a link or use in‑app reporting (where available). Priority cases are reviewed within 24–72 hours.
